Insurance Coverage

Presently, Jacs & Fran accept the following insurance provider: Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. Jacs is also in network with UnitedHealthcare. Not in-network? That’s okay—you can still work with us! Payment is due at the time of your visit, but you may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your plan. To make it easier, we’ve included a helpful insurance script below so you know exactly what to ask when calling your insurance provider. We also offer sliding scale pricing because everyone deserves access to quality nutrition care. Have questions? Just reach out through our contact page or send us an email—we’re here for you!

Our goal is to help you build a positive, long-term relationship with food (and with your own body) that feels genuinely good and sustainable. And we’ll do it with plenty of compassion, respect, and maybe a dash of humor along the way.
